    Split form on append query

I am new to access, I have been browsing this forum very often lately and I have learn a lot. I have a question regarding append query, could I create a split form from it? If I can, please show me how to do it or give me an idea. The form will be used to enter data or paste multiple rows of data into the split form.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Create a Split Form in Access 2010 using the forms wizard

Where are you appending the data from? I think you mean can you create a split
form from "the data" that is already appended to a table? Is that what you are
asking? You should be able to create a split form from any table. The
datasheet portion of the form can easily be copied and pasted into from another
source. But you first need a table to base it off of. Just use the form
wizard. Make sure you have the table selected that you want to base the form off of. See the attached screenshot.
