    Linking tables by query?

I am attempting to track gym equipment use by membership. A Member can have several Memberships (once one expires they can purchase another) but I want to link all equipment use that occurs in one membership together. I have the following tables

    TblMember
    MemberID, LastName, FirstName, Age

    TblMembership
    MembershipID, MemberID, StartDate, PaymentType, ExpirationDate

    TblEquipment
    EquipmentID, MembershipID, Machine, Duration, Location

I’m a novice so I don’t know what to do to make this happen or even if it can happen.

    Doesn't TblEquipment give that ?
In case, a particular MembershipID can have the same Machine more than one time & you want to see it only once in the result, try a GROUP BY on MembershipID & Machine.

    Thanks

Here's a copy of what I am working on so you can get the gist of what I am talking about. Right now the button on the Membershp Form is not operating the way I would like for it to.
