    Subreport shows all records

I have a main report which is generated from a query, the subreport is linked by Proposal.ID and shows the records from another query where it repeats the rows associated with the Proposal.ID. How can I get the report to only show the data that corresponds to the ID on the main report?

If Master/Child links properties of the subform/subreport container are properly set the records should synchronize. Do you want to provide project for analysis?

That would be great, how do I provide the project for analysis? It is still being worked on, but this is a major report for the database.

    Thanks!

Make copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip if large, attach to post. Attachment Manager is below the Advanced post editor window.

Check out this revision of the report. It outputs properly in PrintPreview.

Notice the file size is significantly smaller because I ran Compact & Repair.

    Fantastic, thanks for the revision!

Glad to see you went without the subreport also, makes life easier I think.

    Thanks again.
