Problem updating a table from a multi-select list box

I am trying to make a simple database where the data entered in a form will update to a table. My issue is, one of the fields is manufacturing location where I would like the user to be able to enter multiple locations and then have those locations update the table where the record is stored. I've been able to set up a list box with multi-select but am stuck at getting the table to update with the choices made from the list box selection. Anybody have any ideas?

Did you first set up the field in table to allow multi-values? Must set the Lookup in table then the multi-value property will be available. Listbox is bound to field?

I have never used multi-value fields and don't want to ever.

Thank you that's what i was looking for - i agree with you about the multi-value fields but this was a special circumstance. My problem stemmed from starting off with a database that was created on a 2000 version of access (multi-value fields were not available then) I had to restart the database using the 2010 version and all is well
