    Showing Database Links

I would like to show the backend database's path that my front end is connected to. Working on the network copy is a pain, so i make a local copy and repoint to that when making database design changes. I often forget to relink it before putting it out for the users. So i want to put a flag on the main page that will show if i'm linked to the local copy, but not the network copy.

    Thanks for any assistance,

    Chris

You want code to grab the link path instead of just manually setting a label or unbound textbox? Review this http://allenbrowne.com/ser-53code.html#GetDataPath
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
