If "Out of Stock" Tickbox is marked, move record to OOS Table

I have a table that shows all in stock car parts, and there is a userform that you can pull up the info about the part, and when it is checked out it subtracts 1 from the quantity. Once the in stock total reaches 0, it check an out of stock tickbox on the userform, so you clearly see it is out of stock. Once this takes place I want to move (or append however you look at it) those records to an Out of Stock table.

How could I set this up to happen?

A design that involves 'moving' records is usually a bad approach. Have you considered using an existing inventory database template?

I do not want those records to pull into the form anymore...it's been a while since I worked in access. Would this work as a work-around...if I based the form off of a query instead of a table, and set the query to only display records where quantity was > 0?

Yes, that is the better approach.
