Put calculations in footer, but they're not calculating

Database attached. Created in MS 2010. Please see object frmMainInvoice1. It is a main form and frmSubform.

    Thank you.

I didn't see a subform on that form, and the calculations were referring to fields that didn't exist, so I am confused.

Perhaps my question should have been, how do I combine a subform into a main form in Access 2010? The instructions I have are for 2007 and it's very different in 2010. The 2010 version won't let you select a form in the form wizard -- your choices are limited to tables and queries. 2010 gives you options for a "split" form or a "multi" form -- but I can't figure out how to combine the two forms using either one of those methods. Even the instructor doesn't know how to do it.

Maybe screen shots can illustrate the question better than uploading the database. Maybe not. In any case, thanks for trying to help.

I wonder if there is something wrong with your installation. When I click on the subform icon (under "Design") the wizard starts and it has 2 options - tables and queries or use existing form. I can select the second option and it gives me a list of forms and I can select the subform.

As for the calculations, they must be on the footer of the subform, not the main form as that is where the fields are.

I figured out how to get the subform into the main form. Put calculations in footer..

I figured out how to get the subform into the main form. Put calculations in footer, however, it's still producing errors. Anyone care to have a look the object frmMainInvoice that's in the attached database to see why it won't calculate? Thanks again to anyone who can offer their time and expertise.

Update: I worked on it some more and discovered the calculations need to be in the SUBFORM footer, not the MAINFORM. I made that change and now it calculates. However, now when I open the mainform the subform displays with ONLY the calculations and none of the data, even though the subform by itself, shows data AND calculations.

    I added the database SubformError.

Thank you again in advance to anyone who's able to provide feedback.
