Pre Populating Form Fields

Hello,

Hopefully this hasn't been answered already, couldn't turn up anything with a search. I have 2 tables - one tracks active material the other tracks material movement requests. I have a form from which users can view active inventory or create new inventory. Form that form I would like to add a link or button to a material movement request form. I would like to have that form have the information from the material passed to the move request.



Any help is appreciated.
