mapping- Add from outlook

hello guys i have a problem adding contact from outlook... i know that there is a techinque that is called MAPING, i tried it but it didnt work...



i only want to add certain fields from the outlook. First Name, Last Name, File As, Business #, Cell #, Direct#, Fax#

but it seems that i am doing somethin wrong, well i dont know how that works so pls help, thanks

Why doesn't work - error message, wrong results, nothing happens? That referenced thread was never solved, not surprised your attempt failed. I can't find anything that will do this. Why limit to just certain fields, just as easy or easier to grab it all. Check out the db template at http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ac...010282075.aspx

nothing happens, i used the docmd.addfromoutlook VBA command. and i made a module with the code in the provided in the link of my first post.

The code in that link wasn't working for that poster and I don't know how to fix it. I don't have a working procedure. Suggest you keep looking for alternatives. Can just link (I do that) to the contacts file or look at the template I referenced.
