Show in the form the last time table was updated

I am trying to show on a form the userid and the date when the table was last time updated.
in a table named LOG i do have userid and saved where user id is a text and the Saved a date format.
I want to show this in a form on a text box.
How can I do that?


I know is simple but my brain now has a black out.
