Make Query Look Like This (pic)

Hello, i have a query which spits out (pic1). I have a table that looks like (pic 2, the one with ONLY the months). How do i create a query to combine pic1 with pic2 so that it looks like pic3? I think i need to find a common field in pic2 that is shared in pic1, but how would i do that? the table only has names of months and nothing else in it.

ex: In pic1, you see the ID B0175 and you see all the months that it appears in. For the end result, i want it to print a YES if an ID appears in any month from Jan-December. Let me know if i need to clarify more. thanks

so i went ahead and copy and pasted the whole ID column (but i made it so that instead of showing multiple rows of B0175 i grouped it so it only shows one row) from pic1 into pic 2. Now how would i create an expression so that if the name of the "Month" column in pic1 matches with the columns (month names) in pic2, to print a Yes? thanks
