    Expression Builder not there

    Hello
I am new to Access 2010, so this may be a dull question.
I am trying to enter an expression in a new table field. So I click on "Click to Add" then "Calculated Field" and then "Text". According to the Help Tutorial the Expression builder should now pop up. However there is none. If I enter an expression manually in the file, like =[otherField], this woud not be interpreted as expression it simply displays the expression as string in the field.

So I hope you can help me.
    Thank you, bye

    Expression Builder not there [SOLVED]

    Ok I got it.
The problem is that I am working with the old database format (.mdb) which does not support expressions for table fields.
    Thank you and bye
