That error sounds like it is coming from the Operating System. Where is the database located and on what type of media?

You can try access repair software to repair your corrupted access database files. There are lots of software available on the internet which can recover and repair access files,Stellar Phoenix Excel Recovery is one of them. I used this software when I faced same error and my database went corrupted. It repair and recover my access file so try this.
