    cursor movement from one control to another

    I hv four text box in a form. when form loads, cursor is shown in text box1 and if i enter cursor goes to text box2. but i need corsor will not move to textbox2 unless i type something in textbox1. pls help

    You could set box2 Enabled property to No and then use code in box1 AfterUpdate event to enable box2. As long as the box is not enabled it will not get focus.
