    Filtering restriction on tables

    Hi,

After migration to MS Access 2010 64-bit I have a problem with filtering data on tables. Ex.
    1. In Access was created table "product" with field "name"
    2. When I will to filter data by field "name" I don't have use any keywords as: in, like, '.'
    3. I thing that problem is with reserved SQL query words

My question is that somebody had the same problem or how I can resolved this problem - how I can filtered by this worlds ?

    Regards,

    pcasper

Using "name" as a field-name can be a problem.

    I ususally try & use field-names like 'EmployeeName', 'StudentName', 'FName', 'LName' . . .

Can you please explain in different words what you need to do?

    HI,
Thanks for answer, but the problem isn't field name "name" that in "Equal" filtering by some keywords as ex. "in", "like", etc.

I'm attaching a couple of screnshots of quick queries I ran using 'In' and 'Like'.

    I am using Access 2010 - 32bit.
I don't think you should have a problem using these keywords - even though you are in 64-bit.

Using the 'In' query - I got the branches that were in those cities.
Using the 'Like' - I got all the London branches.

    Hope this helps.

[I know your problem was not with the field name 'name'. But using a field name called 'name' has caused many people problems in the past and I know a lot of developers who do not use it for that reason.
    Just FYI.]
