Multi- User Login

Hi-

I have created a system, that as a table called - tbl_employees

This table has a field called User Level.

I want the login form I have created to, once it has validated the username to password, look at the username and see what user level they have and open the appropriate form for that level.

- I.e. - Userlevel 'administrator' opens 'frm_main-menu-admin
- Userlevel 'supervisor' opens 'frm_main-menu-supervisor'
- Userlevel 'user' opens 'frm_main-menu-user'

Also - We have Asset labels with barcodes on for our equipment testing.

Is their a way to link these barcodes to the system?
