Parameter Report Problem

Hello, I am making a parameter report based on a query (probably a parameter query). What I am trying to achieve is that I want to display whatever I entered as parameter (let say Date) will display on the header of my report.

Can anyone has the idea how to do this? Any suggestions probably a great help. Thank you.
