    query multiple tables for keyword

    Hey guys,

I have a database that contains networking information for multiple types of circuits. its currenlty organized by circuit type, aka isdn, mpls etc.

I woudl like to be able to create a query that can search all of the tables for a unique keyword. and then display all of the data from that row in a form like look for ease of reading.

the tables are not linked in any way. however there are a few different things that i could use to link them if thats needed for the query. Im just not very familuar with doing this. I did not design the database, im just trying to take what was given to me and make is usable.

It sounds like all of the tables should be in one table with a CircuitType attribute.
