    Report showing all entries

    Hi,

    I'm trying to create a stock database for a new business that opened up in my city. I am almost there but I am having a problem getting the purchase order report to only display 1 purchase order. I have attached a sample of the database so you can see what I am trying to explain here.

    I couldn't find where to print the Purchase Order. There must be a button somewhere? I also couldn't find a form which showed the PO with all its details. But that would be an obvious place to put the print button. Basically the user needs to first select a PO then hit a print button (or something like that). Your record source for your report would then match the PO on the form and then you would be able to print just that one PO.

    Thank you for your reply. I was just about to put a reply up that I have just solved the problem. Turns out in the syntax I had in another database that I was playing with similar to this one was missing an 's'.

    Problem now solved
