add toolbar command button to access form?

I recently noticed that a lot of our staff leave the windows toolbar maximized, which takes up a lot of valuable and neede real estate (this is even though I added code to the form's open event to minimize it...)

It turns out that they want access to only 1 of the toolbar commands: "switch windows" (and for some reason, several of them are very reluctant to add it to the quick access toolbar...)

Is there a way to add a command button on a form that would trigger the window's toolbar command: "switch windows"?
