    novice needing some help

    Hi All, I've been altering a pre made database code in order to add access data to an outlook diary entry. I've got all the bugs out of it, but at the moment, the entries in outlook are just blank parking spaces. If I attatch my code, would someone be kind enough to give input on a simple way to fill my outlook entries with a message such as " grant fund report due in 6 weeks" with the message taking the grant name from my access data entry.

    If i have not explained well, please ask

    Thanks in advance

    This will save a message with the appointment:

    .Body = "text here"

    You want the grant title? Try

    .Body = Me.Title & " grant fund report due in 6 weeks"
    How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
