    Crosstab Query issue

Right now I have a crosstab query.

    ParcelNumber as ROW heading
    AgreementType as Column Heading
    AgreementNumber as Value

The issue I am having is when there are multiple "Agreement numbers" for a "ParcelNumber" I want it to show up as "123, 789, 323"...Not the sum, avg or any other Aggregate Function. How would I accomplish that?

    Thanks in Advance

Cannot concatenate data into a single field with a CROSSTAB. CROSSTAB by its nature requires an aggregate operation. Among the aggregate functions are First, Last, Max, and Min.

You might need to run a process that does the concatenation preliminary to the CROSSTAB, then use the First aggregate function.

Displaying records by crosstab, horizontal, left to right, are common topics. Search this forum or google.
