Multiple time intervals in reports (access 07)

    Hi everybody,

I'm working in a factory which manufactures big engines. We normally build four to seven engines per week. one four-digit number is assigned to each engine when working on it starts (called Work order). i want a report that shows me something like a calendar in one page, and shows me how many engines (work orders) were completed in each week, month, quarter, and year. and show me the work order numbers as well. I have attached a sketch. I would really appreciate it, if someone could help me here.

Access can show just one period per report (weekly OR monthly OR quarterly OR yearly), but I want them all in one report and in one page.

    Please see the attached file.

    Many thanks in advance.

Never seen anything like this and probably won't be easy, especially if want records presented left-to-right. A report using Grouping & Sorting settings might get you close. Don't know how much like a calendar it would look like. Heirarchy of groups: Year, Quarter, Month, Week.

    Or might require subreports.

    Google: Access report calender

    Check this one http://www.access.hookom.net/Samples.htm
