ADO API documentation. Where?

Hi all.

I am trying to find documentation that explains the above API, but for Access 2003 specificaly. I have found this...

...but I don't know if this is for the 2010 version, 2007, 2000bc or any other year, or if it's for use with Python, C#, C++ or Martian.

Can anyone advise me to the API for 2003? I don't want to confuse myself with commands / methods etc that aren't valid in Access 2003.
