    Display and sum different totals

    Hi peeps!



    I have a report which outputs hours against each project. Im sure theres a way but I cant see how, I am trying to display a sum of each project selected - ideally I would like to display column2 - column1 detail with the total hours. It currently outputs column1 in the report.

    Any ideas please? Thanks

    Why isn't column2 output on the report?

    Use report Grouping & Sorting with summary calcs to show detail records and aggregate calcs. Create group on the project ID.

    This is basic Access functionality and Access Help has guidelines.
