Access query result in excel format

    Hi experts,

I have just created a query in Access and I'm running this query via a button via a form.

Any chance how I get this query result (selection query) straight away in excel and not in the normal Access??

Please let me know. (Also if you need more details)

    Thank you!!

save the query as a SELECT query. Then, look up DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet in Google to work the syntax. In the the VBA for the button, instead of running the query, use the TransferSpreadsheet method.
