Using external forms as report background

    Good morning,

I am using Access 2010 and have multiple pre-formatted applications where I need to place Access data. What is the best way to get data onto these applications? I tried to import the applications as a report background, but file sizes become too large.
    Thank you.

They are pre-printed applications from insurance carriers for insurance purposes.

By application you mean a fill-in form? You have them in digital format? What is the file type - jpg, tif, pdf, bmp, png?

These are blank template forms that you want to fill in? I would build an Access form for data entry. Then build an Access report that looks like the application form and will display data that was entered. Print the report. Building tables for data retention, forms to enter data, and reports to print data are all basic Access functionality. Access Help has guidelines.
