Making a Report from a search Query

    Hi All

I am using Access for the first time( a real beginner). I am building a DB for a friend who runs a Taxi company. We take bookings up to a year in advance, we are able to store all bookings on the Db So far I have made a Table of bookings, and set up a series of queries that produces all the bookings for the forthcoming week.I now need to move these bookings into the drivers work detail sheets (also in Access). I have found out how to do this, but the Field Headings used in the Table move along with the booking details. Is there a way of moving the bookings WITHOUT THE HEADINGS. apart from manual copy and paste. Please Help
    Many Thanks

Use reports and put the headers for the bookings in appropriate header areas.
