    Run-time error '3464' Date criteria

    I am using the OpenForm method, and the criteria for the Where Condition includes the following line.

    "[EmployeeNumber]=" & Me.EmployeeNumber & " AND [RowNumber]=" & Me.RowNumber & " AND [InspectionDate]=" & Me.InspectionDate

    When this code fires, it opens a new form opened to the record where the criteria applies. The rest of the criteria Where clause works fine, but the date criteria is not working. I think my syntax must be a hair off since it is probably different for date fields...any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Note how the date criteria needs to be surrounded by #:
