Quantity Field determines how many of another field show up

I am editting an inventory database I made awhile ago. I have a form for receiving shipments. The form has a section for quantity. It defaults to 1. I also have a field to enter the tracking number found on the package. If someone changes the number of quantity, I would like it to add additional fields for that amount of tracking numbers. Any ideas?

Would I need to make additional fields for the tracking numbers. TrackingNumber1; TrackingNumber2; etc...?



How would I handle the form growing/shrinking depending on the number of fields needed?

It sounds like they should really be additional records, not additional fields.
