Hot to set Password for Access 2007 Qurey

    Dear Friends and gentlemen,

Kindly advise me, how to set the password for the query in an access data base.
Only i need to set the database query protection from editing and design view protection. And the user have to enter the datas.

Please advise me , how to set the password for the query only. Not the database password.

    Thanks in advance

There is no built-in password protection for objects (tables, queries, forms, reports) in Access. If you don't want users changing design then need to hide the Navigation pane and turn off the ribbon and shortcut menus with project Options settings. Even these restrictions are easily overcome. All is necessary is holding down the shift key when project is opened. More restrictive security requires complex advanced coding.
