    Count if (where?)

Hi, I have a table with servers assigned to business units and I would like to prepare a query that counts how many servers I have (there is a [server name] field that I want it to count) and then how many of them are virtualized (there is a [virtualized] field and I want Access to count the number of records where [virtualized] equals "yes").

Is this possible to do in Access?

    Thanks.

You should be able to do this with an Aggregate Query. Look at this tutorial for an explanation.
