Unhappy Need help with a form please

    Good Afternoon,

our company needs requisitions to purchase for our ordering process. We create those with the help of an access database. We are now going through renovations and I need to track all the RTPs that are written for the renovation. So I added a "yes/no" check box to my RTP table and form.

For our renovations I have to track additional information such as when received etc. and I would like to create a new form for that (to not unnecessarily clutter the current one).

Currently I have a form that opens all records in my RTP table. How do I create a form that only opens the records from my RTP table that have the renovation column checked?

I wish I knew more about Access

    Thanks for the help

    Cheers

    Tari

Create a query that selects only records which have the renovation

    checked.
Then create a form based on that query.
