    Form/Subform relationship

I have a form for an employee's contact information. This for has a subform for the employees' phone number(s) which are contained in a seperate table from the other contact information. The Employee table contains 151 records, and the EmployeePhone table has 297 records (most people have both home and cell phones). when I open the EmployeeContact form the navigation bar shows 297 records. When using the navigation bar to addvance thru the records, it appears there are 2 records for each employee with 2 phone numbers, and both phone numbers are shown in the subform. There is no subdatasheet for the Employee table.

Is there some way to overcome this so the navigation bar shows only the number of records in the Employee table, and I don't have to see each employee twice when navigating thru the table?

    TIA

The recordsource for your employee contact form should be the employee table. The link fields for the subform should be EmployeeID.
