Wizard not opening when tool invoked

I'm having a problem on one of two computers; both have the same version of Access (2010 32 bit) running - one is a trial and one is a legal installation. On the trial version when we click on the "new button" tool in a form, it opens up a wizard that helps program the button. On the other computer when we do the same thing, the wizard does not open. I can find no paramters or options that would have turned this off? Anyone run into this before?

in the way back of my mind it seems that wizards can be optional..... shaky recollection on this - - but you might google bing the topic......

At the top of the toolbox is a wand shape. Try selecting the wand. It should highlight when engaged.

Thank you very much. It took a bit of looking (it was minimized) but I found it. I'm really new with Access so I didn't even know what to look for.
