Question Fill data fields after choosing from drop-down list

Helo. My first post - sorry for mistakes.

I've got a form with one drop-down list from which one can choose patient's name (taken from table 'patients'). What I want is to fill other fields with datas from other table related to patient (query combines tables 'patients' and 'treatments').

In other words, after choosing patient's name from drop-down list, other fields are filled with information about patient's treatment, e.g. you can see all previous patietn's visits in clinic.

AFAIK, I should use VBA and AfterUpdate function. After reading several topics on several forums, I still don't know how to deal with it. Can anyone show me an example of using AfterUpdate to update data fields after choosing from list??

    Thanks in advance.
