    Access Reports

I have a microsoft access report which consists of 3 tables. First table is accident data about the person and the accident, second is about any days lost attached to the accident and third is action register. The action register can have multiple lines that only relate to one accident. How do I set up the report so that only fields that are in the accident data table only show once and don't repeat for each action? For example, J Smith had one accident and there are 5 actions. The information in the accident data is repeating on each line for each action and I only want it to show once but to show all the actions. Many thanks in advance for your help.

Have you set the table relationships, specifically

the one to many relationships between person and accidents and accidents and actions?
If the tables and queries are properly structured, setting up the report, particularly "Group Together", will result in the actions being listed under the appropriate accident, which is shown once.
