    Not match label size

    Hi all,

I am sitting and fighting to prepare special label. So I prepare label. I set paper size in driver on 150mm height 100 mm width (this is a label size of bar code printer Toshiba B-EV4T). I specify for report to use specific printer to print this report on this bar code printer. I set other parametrs and want to make test print and be happy user but it won't work.

I don't know why. On the begining i set report width on 90 mm (because I think that 10 mm could be the margins. And i test the print. It doesn't wok.

Problem is when i try to print o this printer on access when i look on print preview I see a lot of free space which could be use but in real i can only use 6.51 cm width because it looks like true label size.

I measure width and height of label and it is as i said on begin 150 x 100.

So could you please kindly tell me why I see more space on report which I cannot use even If i set correct label size? I don't know in access 1mm size mean 1.4 mm in real ??

I use to make prints on this printer the bartender software and i use in this the same driver settings (because it is network printer) and from this software is no problem to print and sizes are correct. But i have to use access to prepare report.

Thank you in advance for each advice.
    Best regards.

Did you set report paper size in PageSetup?

I would have to examine the report to analyse further if you want to provide project, or at least the relevant objects.
