Width problem

I created a report where I have the right margin width at about 10". However, everytime I attempt to run the report, I get this width error/warning"

"The section width is greater than the page width and there are items in the additional space, so some pages may be blank."

I tried moving the right width down to 8" and even eliminated the page header and report header, but I still get the message.

It seems to display properly on the screen, but when I print, it does print one blank page, then the entire contents on another page.



How can I fix this ?

What size paper and what orientation? The width of the report plus the width of the margins in Page Setup can't be more than the actual width of the paper.

It is regular 8 1/2 by 11 paper in portrait. The left margin in design view is at the very end and the right is at 10". I even dragged the right to 8 1/2 and 8. The page setup shows th left at .25 and right at .588.

When I print the report, everyting prints on one page in portrait, but it always shoots out a blank page, and it displays the message.

But 8 + .25 + .588 is more than 8.5.
