    How do i do this

Hello! I need to create a report which can be brought up using the information in a query which I have already created. This report needs to display the information grouped by a field named User_Name, displaying all the information with any occurence of this persons name in the query.

    and example would be:

    John Doe E-mail: blahblahblah@gmail.com
    Date: Start Time: End Time:

this date this time this time
this date this time this time

I have no idea how to do this so a step-by-step outline would be completely welcome! thanks!

    Just do it.

If you already have the query which will supply the information you want, run the report wizard and it will help you with the grouping.

This is basic Access functionality. Access Help has guidelines on building reports with Grouping & Sorting and aggregate calcs using designer or wizard. Otherwise, lots of tutorials on the web.
