Deploying Access | How to create the front end.

I have about 50 Access Books, and I am just frustrated. I have completed the design and building of the database and forms.

What I need to do is deploy it.

However, every book or article talks about the concept, rather than how to actually do it. I found this article: http://www.opengatesw.net/ms-access-...-Practices.htm, great one but like the books, it does not say how to do it and fall short.

I know how to split the database to create a multi-user platform, what I am extremely confused about is the front end.

How do I create the front end and deploy it. The article talks about removing the menus and other navigation, how do I do this so that when a user opens the front end, all they see is the form?

I am almost there, just need a little more push. I was reading Access 2010 Missing Manual, and the author simply ditched the topic after talking about splitting the database.

I would really appreciate any information on how to create the front end.

    Thanks everyone!

You can use an autoexec macro or project settings. Click File>Options>Current Database> make settings as needed to display default form and hide ribbon, navigation, shortcut menu, etc.

When you open project, hold shift key and the autoexec macro and some of the settings will be bypassed.
