If the 2 queries are related create a new query for the Report Source. If not Create 2 Reports and use 1 as a sub-report. put the sub report in the Report Footer Section.

Create a third query with both agentproductivity and agent conversion as the source tables. Link the 2 on the related field. Run the query with the fields required for the Report. The biggest thing to watch is the Relationship type. If the Relationship is 1 to 1 not problem. If it is 1 to many you have 2 options. 1 find another field to link on and make it 1 to 1. Or use the fields on the 1 side as Groups. Bear in mind if there are any calculations in the report on any of those duplicate fields your calculations may be off. Check those with a fine tooth comb.
