    Resizing a subform


    Im currently using the Contacts db template that MS provides and I have heavily modified the Contact details subform with additonal fields and drop downs. The problem though is that it doesnt resize to screen as it should nor does it show the scroll bars on the side, although I have these items enabled in the properties. I have a large monitor and it fits fine on my screen but when someone opens it on a small screen its all cut off at the bottom. Iv read through alot of the posts and cannot find a conclusive solution to this issue. Any suggestions?

    Access forms don't automatically resize. You would need to either code all of that yourself or use a third-party solution (which is what most people who need this functionality do). Once such one (and the only one I know of):

    Im confused...what is the fit to screen and resize options for then? Also when i enable a scrol bar why would it not show? But if you say there is code for it, thats what I need to know.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
