I have a form which is set to modal and I want people to use the ‘find’ dialogue. One user has version 11.8321.8341 - when the does Ctrl+F and the record he wants appears, he cannot click Cancel unless the form is set to not open modal; and he cannot click anywhere other than the find dialogue box. Users on version 11.8166.8341 do not get the problem. Does anyone know why this is? Is it a difference between laptop and desktop users maybe? Thank you.
