    drop down list

    Hi all,
I am working in access 2003. I created a form that uses a table as the record source. One of the fields has a lookup from anther table. When I display the field on the form it has two little datasheet arrow to scroll up and down. How do i get rid of the double arrow to display one to drop down.

    thanks

In design view for the form, expand the size of the text box.

hmmmm. Are you able to post a copy of your db so that we can look and try to solve it. Otherwise, its just a guessing game.

One more guess. Is it a font size issue. Try adjusting the font size for the control.

Not at the moment. It's like the field is displaying datasheet view instead of single view. thanks

Sounds like it might be a listbox rather than a combo. As Alan said, it's hard to tell with seeing at least a picture of it.

I apologize. It is a list box for a field in a table.
    Thanks
