Is it possible to enter a form calculated field in a report?

    Hello guys,

The title is my question. I have a form in which several calculations occur depending on the user selections and these are presented in the related calculated fields. For examples sum of the food charges.

Is it possible to show that specific field in a report?

    Many thanks in advance

You can have this as the control source of a textbox on the report:

    =Forms!FormName.TextboxName

The form has to be open when the report runs; is it? If so, double check the spelling of the form and control names.

Yea thanks now is working, but the problem is that is repeating it self for every other field. Is logical because is reading the current one. I think i will create a query first and then the report.
    Thanks .

That would probably be the more common approach. Happy to help.
