Different behaviour in different Access 2007 versions?

Hello guys.
First of all, sorry if i make any writing errors, english is not my main language.
Now, let me tell you the problem i faced: I designed a Access 2007 system, using forms and such, and it was all fine. It stays on a server here where I work.
When my boss uses the form, somethings don't work as they were supposed to. But in my PC they work fine.
Mostly events go wrong. For example, when the user clicks on a text field, the system updates another text field. Well, it should, and it does on my PC, but not in his.
Both Access are 2007.
Anyone seen this before? Any sugestions?

Have you set trusted locations for your boss's computer? A lot of things will fail if you haven't. That's the easiest thing to check.

With access 2007 there are more 'security' features. Like disallowing code from running unless you know it's from a trusted source, you can set up a trusted source on your boss's computer using this:

Once you set it up your boss should be able to do the same things you do.
