MouseScroll Disabled in Form but Still Occurs for Date Picker

    Hello,

I have used a .dll file from the lebans.com site (Sorry, can't post links yet) to disable the Mouse Wheel Scroll which works when I am on the form and have the focus on a textbox, checkbox, combobox. But when, I have the focus on the DatePicker, the mouse scroll is reenabled somehow which continues to create new records. Is there anyway to disable the mouse scroll on the Date Picker as well? I have provided a sample database where this error is occurring.

Thanks in advance for the support.

The issue does not present for me with your db. Mouse scroll does not work on the form.

    June,

Select John Doe from the Initiator drop down. Then set a date using the date picker. Then scroll down with your mouse wheel. You should now see a blank from. If you continue to select Steve Smith as the new Initiator, go back to the date picker, and scroll again, you should see a blank form again. Hence, there is now 3 records. Does this not occur for you?

Nope, no scrolling, stays on same record. I am running the project in Access 2007.
