Report missing ship dates and other info...

Hello,

I ran my current period report for this month and all of sudden the report is missing ship date and customer id on some facilities. The db was working fine last month when I ran it last months report and ship dates, credit or no credit was populating. Something went wrong and current report is not working properly.

I compared my db with older backup database and everything seems fine. I’ve attached a screen shot. http://i.imgur.com/8ztem.jpg

Are you sure you didn't hide those fields on the report by any chance?

I don't think so. How do I check that?

credit is not appearing also.

Go into design view of the report and click on one of the fields and on Format tab see if Visible is set to yes or no. :-)

Sorry after you click on field right click and select Properties then on Format tab see if Visible is set to Yes or No. Should be Yes.

Everything is visible Yes.

Did you rename any of the fields? Are they linked to the correct data source?

I did not rename any field types. The other fields are populating just fine. However what’s the best way to go about checking to see if they are linked to source.

Can you reproduce your previous month's reports and have all the data show up? Check your query running the report, is it showing you all the data you want, if your query shows a null value for the fields you're displaying on your report then something is wrong with your query or your dataset.
