How to create a subform with a crossed-field query?

    Hi,
I created a crossed-field query (I hope my translation is ok).
then i creaded a mask based on that query.
It works (i know that is necessasy modify it when culums headings will change but is not a problem, is an "year" so it will change just once a year)

My problem is that if I need to use it as a submask (in a master mask) but access give me an error and tell me to setup culums headings... i don't know what i have to do.
if is not possible is there a way to open my query but filtering by Id of master mask?

As you sure understood I'm a very low low low profile access user with a bad english!
    best regards

sorry for my bad translation, the correct one is form, and subform (I suppose), I re-edit the title
    thank you!
